Hi, I'm having the same issue that everyone else is having, where the AI kingdoms refuse to declare war on each other.
Snd of Venice KublaiKhan Sep 6 Im playing as the king of castille and i dont know if this is an issue, but i send an emissary to the kingdom of portugal to sign a trade agreement but my companion always returned without completing his mission, later i discovered that i had relations with portugal, maybe im already in alliance with then and this makes interacting further with then impossible for now?
